The primary focus of the CAST consultant is the well-being of our clients. At the same time, each member of CAST also participates in building the firm’s practice and infrastructure, contributing to our recruiting and marketing efforts, developing new service offerings, and creating internal training and career development programs. In addition, CAST has strong roots in the community: over the last 10 years, we have been deeply involved in Volunteers of America, an organization committed to bringing lasting solutions to the less fortunate in the greater Los Angeles area. Through VOA’s Upward Bound program, members of the CAST team have focused on improving educational access in inner-city Los Angeles, teaching college preparation courses, mentoring high-potential students from disadvantaged high schools, providing college scholarships, and donating laptop computers.
