Executive Vice President
Executive Vice Presidents are the principals and owners of the firm. The current Executive Vice President group represents a variety of men and women whose backgrounds range from the firm’s founders to an executive who started out as a Senior Consultant. Unlike most “partner” level executives, CAST Executive Vice Presidents are actively involved in projects on a day-to-day basis, participating in the planning, analysis and execution of project activities.
Typical Roles:
Executive Vice Presidents are relied upon primarily for their intelligence, insight, depth of experiences and communication skills. This expertise may be in specific aspects of financial services (i.e., banking, insurance, mortgage banking and diversified financial services), consulting, information technology, project management and/or strategy development. In addition to setting direction for the firm as a whole, Executive Vice Presidents are heavily involved in client relationship management and sales. They rely upon support from Vice Presidents and Managers for certain aspects of managing these relationships.
Developing the professional acumen of the consulting staff is a major part of Executive Vice President responsibilities. They are actively involved in training and mentoring activities and regularly interact with all levels of consultants.
