Vice President

As a Vice President, you have deep experience in the financial services industry and/or the consulting professions, typically 15 years or more.  You will further develop your skills and expertise by interacting with CAST Executive Vice Presidents and other Vice Presidents with remarkably diverse experience, skills and expertise.  You will address the most complex problem solving and opportunity identification situations at our clients.  Vice Presidents apply their deep expertise in specific aspects of the financial services industry working with client executives as well as all levels within CAST on a daily basis.

Typical Roles: 
Vice Presidents are frequently involved in developing creative and innovative solutions for clients.  At the same time, they typically execute some aspect of analysis, recommendation development and implementation on every project.  Vice Presidents also manage projects and interact with clients on a day-to-day basis, as well as working with Executive Vice Presidents on client relationship management.

Vice Presidents assume responsibility for developing our professional consulting staff by providing insight into analytical techniques and sharing their expertise in various aspects of the financial services industry.  Vice Presidents frequently serve as formal, one-on-one mentors for CAST consultants as part of the firm’s mentoring program. 

Success: 
The successful Vice President is an industry leader as a content expert in multiple facets of financial services and/or management consulting.  You are a “go to” person who leads projects and sales efforts.  You are key in the ongoing development of CAST consulting capabilities.  You develop innovative ways to deliver value to our clients and are instrumental in leading and executing delivery of CAST core capabilities.  Progression beyond this level is performance based and not necessarily tied to “time in position.”
