Associate Consultant As an Associate, you will be joining CAST along with others who seek to develop their business expertise and capabilities through formal and hands-on training in a dynamic environment, under the guidance of proven industry experts. Your peers may have degrees ranging from foreign languages and liberal arts, to business and engineering.
Typical Roles: As an Associate Consultant, you will receive intense formal training, both “on the job,” as well as by participating in ”Associate Boot Camp,” a highly customized orientation program designed to develop skills needed to be successful throughout your career. Associates hone analytic skills through active participation in client and internal practice development projects. You may be involved in market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, or you may be observing and measuring processes, conducting client interviews, supporting data analysis and working with the project team in developing high impact recommendations.
Success: You will be evaluated on your ability to embrace CAST’s core values around teamwork and work ethic, as well as your ability to develop effective problem solving, analytical and communication skills. Your professional demeanor with clients and colleagues and ability to execute tasks in a timely manner will be key.
