CAST maintains 2 distinct recruiting pipelines: - Experienced Professionals: The Experienced Professional recruiting process is targeted at hiring Senior Consultants, Managers and Vice Presidents with extensive subject matter expertise acquired as an employee of a major financial services provider, such as banks, insurance or brokerage firms, or as an experienced consultant with focus within the financial services industry.
- Recent Graduates: CAST’s Graduate Recruiting Program is designed to identify and hire individuals of the highest caliber who have recently completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in a wide variety of degree programs, including liberal arts, foreign languages, business and engineering. Typically, recent graduates are hired at the Associate Consultant level and are trained to advance to the Consultant level.
