Over 11 years ago, I received my undergraduate degree and joined CAST as an Associate Consultant.  I had no idea what to expect.  Throughout my career, CAST has offered me experiences that I would not have had at other firms.  From day 1, I understood that what I was doing would directly impact our clients and that, as a team, we were to do whatever it took to serve our clients' best interest.  This involved working directly with our clients to understand their needs, analyze their situations, and recommend/implement solutions.

Immediately after joining CAST, I was placed on a project at a bank that was one of our first large projects with that bank.  It was amazing to me how involved CAST's senior level management was in the project to ensure that a quality product was being delivered.  This was evident by the fact that since that first project I have been placed on about 4 additional projects at the same client.  Everyone that I worked with on the projects had the same goal of delivering a product of the highest quality that would ensure follow on work.

On my first project at CAST I was helping a client set up a training program for over 600 employees.  Through this training, our client will become compliant with regulatory agencies as well as increase efficiency of a core business practice.  It was exciting to watch how our program directly resulted in a continuous benefit for our client.
